These SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in the text messaging (SMS/MMS) program offered by Apex Suite AI, LLC (“Apex Suite AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These SMS Terms supplement our Terms of Service and SMS Privacy Policy , which are incorporated by reference. By opting in to receive text messages from Apex Suite AI, you agree to these SMS Terms.
When you opt in to the Apex Suite AI messaging program, you may receive text messages related to your account and use of the Service, which may include account and service notifications, appointment reminders and confirmations, customer-care responses, and — where you have separately consented — account updates and offers. Messages are sent via our messaging and telecommunications providers (including Twilio).
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in (for example, by submitting a form, checking a consent box, or texting a keyword to us), you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Apex Suite AI at the mobile number you provided.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to buy any goods or services from Apex Suite AI.
You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and that you are at least 18 years old.
Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your activity and the campaign(s) you have opted in to. You may receive recurring messages.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message and will stop sending further messages. If you want to rejoin, opt in again as you did originally, and we will resume sending messages.
Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by factors outside our control.
We may modify or cancel the messaging program, or any of its features, and may update these SMS Terms at any time. Where required, we will provide notice of material changes. Your continued participation after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.

Your phone number is provisioned quickly. Carrier review for A2P 10DLC takes approximately 1–4 weeks for full approval. However, some registrations may require additional vetting, documentation, or carrier review depending on the nature of the business, messaging use case, industry category, campaign type, or overall compliance requirements — this window is set by US telecom carriers and applies to every messaging platform, not just Apex Suite. Toll-Free verification (when applicable) takes on average 3–7 days. We’ll keep you updated through every step inside your dashboard.
