Yes. You can upgrade from Organize to Operate or from Operate to Scale at any time. Your new features become available immediately. No waiting period, no setup fees for plan upgrades.

Yes. You can downgrade your plan from your account settings. Features exclusive to your current plan level, like lead generation, AI Advisors, or the Smart Page and Funnel Builder, will no longer be available after the downgrade takes effect.

No long-term contract is required. Monthly plans renew month to month and can be changed or cancelled anytime. Annual plans are also available at a discount (two months free) and renew annually.

Annual billing is ten months billed upfront, which gives you two months free compared to paying monthly. Annual pricing is available on all plans and usage unit packs.

No. Your plan price is your plan price. The only additional costs are optional: usage unit packs and optional upgrades, both of which you choose to add yourself. The one exception is Messaging Infrastructure, which includes a one-time setup fee of $247.99 to provision your SMS and email system. That fee is clearly listed before purchase.

No. Apex Suite AI does not offer a free trial. However, every plan includes a refund window so you can experience the platform with confidence. If it is not the right fit within the first few days, you are covered.

Refund eligibility for core plans (Organize, Operate, and Scale) is based on how much of your plan you have used:

• Under 10% usage: full refund
• 10% to 25% usage: 75% refund
• 25% to 40% usage: 50% refund
• 40% to 50% usage: 25% refund
• Over 50% usage: no refund

Optional upgrades (Social Media Automation, ASAI Teams, and Messaging Infrastructure monthly fees) follow a time-based refund policy: days 1 through 3, full refund; days 4 through 7, 50% refund; days 8 through 14, 25% refund; after day 14, no refund. The Messaging Infrastructure one-time setup fee of $247.99 is non-refundable.

To request a refund, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase. Include your account email address, which plan or upgrade you are requesting a refund for, and a brief reason. Refund requests are reviewed and, if approved, processed within 3 business days. Funds are returned to your original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly inside the app. No hoops, no phone calls. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access until then. After cancellation, future charges stop automatically. Prior payments are non-refundable and are not prorated for partial periods.

Your data remains your property. You are responsible for exporting any data you want to keep before your access ends. Once access is removed, your data will be retained according to the terms outlined in the Terms of Service.

Pausing keeps your phone number and campaign registrations alive with the carriers at a reduced monthly rate: Base $19.99, Pro $29.99, or Command $39.99. Sending and receiving are disabled while paused, and any active boosts are removed automatically. You can reactivate anytime without paying the $247.99 setup fee again. If you cancel instead of pausing, your phone number and campaign registrations are permanently closed, and the setup fee is required again to sign back up.

Your AI Advisor selections lock when you save them. You have a free change window within the first 7 days. After that, you can swap one Advisor every 6 months. If you upgrade your plan and gain an additional Advisor slot, the new Advisor locks on the same schedule. If you downgrade, you choose which Advisor to keep.
